Supervisor

  • $175K + 20% UPLIFT + SUPER
  • FIFO ROSTER 8:6
  • HAUL ROAD PROJECT – CIVIL & MINING

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the construction of haul roads and bulk earthworks for a significant civil & mining project with a major Tier 1 client. This role offers an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth and a 20% uplift on top of your base – adjustable depending on your experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing and mentoring site personnel, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

The Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ experience In a Supervisor role on bulk earth works or civil-mining related projects.
  • Good understanding of bulk earthworks and working with MRWA standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled at identifying hazards, enforcing compliance, and cultivating a strong safety-first culture on-site.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the capacity to effectively coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
