Supervisor

  • FIFO ROSTER 10:4 OR 2:1

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the construction of water infrastructure, pipelines, drainage and earthworks across WA for a tight-knit, collaborative civil contractor. This role offers 10:4 or 2:1 FIFO/DIDO roster from Perth, depending on project location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing and mentoring site personnel, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

This role offers strong continuity with real responsibility across diverse water infrastructure projects spanning both public and private sector.

The Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a supervisor role delivering one or more of the following: water infrastructure, pipelines, drainage systems or dewatering services.
  • Good understanding of earthworks and working with Water Corporation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled at identifying hazards, enforcing compliance, and cultivating a strong safety-first culture on-site.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the capacity to effectively coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
