Supervisor

  • UP TO $180k + SUPER
  • METRO/LOCAL PROJECTS – HOME EVERY NIGHT
  • ITS & ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our client is part of a $1 billion major infrastructure program, focused on providing high-end services, electrical systems and ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) across the metropolitan area. This is a long-term, high-visibility project with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence.

The Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience on local infrastructure projects, ideally metro-based
  • Strong background in electrical services and/or ITS systems (traffic control, signalling, lighting, comms)
  • Excellent understanding of health, safety, security and quality standards in infrastructure delivery
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
  • A “hands-on” delivery mindset, with the ability to switch between strategic oversight and site detail
