Our client is a respected, privately owned civil and mining services contractor operating across remote and regional Western Australia. The business delivers high‑quality bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage and mine site infrastructure for major resource clients in the region, both through direct contracts and subcontract delivery.


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead operational delivery on site. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising civil and mining activities, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of project works, and maintaining strong communication with site teams and management.

With a pipeline of multiple active projects, there is no shortage of work and opportunities for career progression within the business.

Your New Role:

  • Supervise daily site activities across civil and mining works including bulk earthworks, haul roads and infrastructure.
  • Provide clear direction to crews, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, quality standards and production targets.
  • Conduct pre‑start meetings, toolbox talks and daily briefings with crews.
  • Monitor work progress and report to site leadership on performance, safety and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, labour hire and internal teams to support operational objectives.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on site.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven supervisory experience within iron ore, mining, or civil contracting environments.
  • Strong operational knowledge of site activities, safety systems and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams in remote settings.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in busy project environments with multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Relevant tickets/certificates – S26.
