The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a growing civil contractor delivering a major Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction and expansion project.

This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, a strong pipeline of works, and the chance to be part of a high-performing project team delivering critical mining infrastructure.

The position:

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading on-site construction activities across bulk earthworks and tailings dam works, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant operations while maintaining strong alignment with project schedules and safety standards.

The Requirements:

  • 3 years proven supervisory experience in civil construction
  • Experience working with a civil contractor
  • Strong background in bulk earthworks (essential)
  • Exposure to TSF / tailings dam projects (highly regarded)
  • Ability to lead crews and manage day-to-day site operations
  • Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong tenure in previous roles and/or reputable industry references required
