Civil Supervisor – Civil Infrastructure

About the Company

Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering infrastructure projects across regional and remote Australia. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they specialise in road, transport, structural and general civil infrastructure projects for government, resources and regional clients.

Due to continued project growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Civil Supervisors across a number of upcoming and ongoing projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Civil Supervisors who enjoy hands-on project delivery and leading crews across regional and remote civil construction environments.

Depending on the project, scopes may include:

• TMR and regional road construction and reconstruction
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Pavement construction, stabilisation and sealing
• Drainage and major culvert installation
• Concrete and structural works
• Water infrastructure
• Flood damage and DRFA reconstruction works
• Grading and gravel resheeting
• Airport pavements and apron works
• Management of plant, crews and subcontractors

Opportunities are available across FIFO and DIDO projects, including 2/1 and 5/2 roster arrangements.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor within a civil contracting environment
• Strong experience across roadworks, earthworks, pavements, drainage, structures and/or concrete
• Experience delivering TMR, local government, resources, airport or regional infrastructure projects
• Strong crew, plant and subcontractor management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive productivity while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Previous FIFO, DIDO or remote construction experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant construction tickets and licences
