Salary: $155,000 -$160,000 plus superannuation

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate Engineer or Production Engineer to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production planning and scheduling – Develop and manage short-term mine plans to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring and optimisation – Track daily production performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to maximise output and reduce costs.
• Coordination with operations – Work closely with supervisors, operators, and technical teams to ensure plans are executed effectively on site.
• Safety and compliance – Ensure all activities align with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• 2 years of Australian Mining experience, ideally with hard rock

• Experience working with software such as Deswik and/ or Vulcan

• Have strong attention to detail and a safety conscious approach

• Must hold a Mining Degree or equivalent.
• Must hold unrestricted Australian working rights
