This established, family-owned mixed billing medical practice is located in a thriving coastal community in North Queensland, just minutes from some of Queensland’s most spectacular beaches and island destinations.

Established in 2023, the practice has continued to grow and has built a strong reputation for delivering accessible, affordable and patient-centred healthcare.

Due to ongoing patient demand, the practice is seeking an additional VR General Practitioner to join its growing team.

The practice provides a modern clinical environment, strong nursing and administrative support, and an established patient base, allowing a new GP to become productive quickly while developing their own areas of clinical interest.

• Experienced nursing support for CDM, iron infusions and clinical care

• Strong billing potential supported by a large elderly population and continuity of care

The Role

• Women’s health
• Skin cancer medicine
• Minor procedures

The successful GP will receive a highly competitive package, including:

• $220 per hour minimum guarantee for the first 3 months
• 70% service fee
• Quarterly bulk billing incentive payments
• Relocation assistance, negotiable

What We’re Looking For

The practice is seeking a GP who ideally has:

• Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM
• Current AHPRA registration
• General practice experience
• A patient-centred approach to healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team
• An interest in developing long-term relationships with patients and the local community
